Seagrove is one of the iconic and legendary “original” beaches on 30A that started to see settlements and shops long before the “planned urban communities” like Watercolor, Alys, and Rosemary Beach. Seagrove beach is a uniquely beautiful area, laid back but luxurious like a well-established billionaire that doesn’t care to flash his cards. Lined with impressive beach front homes, tucked-away-cottages, and beautiful vacation homes – a portion of this area is still unpaved and referred to by locals as “Old Seagrove”. Seagrove Beach is between Watersound West Beach and Seaside.
Containing several sub-communities and condo developments, and expanding across multiple coastal dune lakes – Seagrove has it all!
